how do i know when a flourless cake is ready to be taken out of the oven?
how will i know when my cake (flourless, chocolate) is done baking?

- Just stick a toothpick in the middle and if it comes out clean, the cake is done.
- same way as usual. if it comes out clean, and you can lightly press a finger on it and it bounces back, its done
