Help me!!??

For father's day, I would like to make my father a flourless chocolate cake, but I do not have an electric mixer. Is there a flourless chocolate cake recipe that I can make without using an electric mixer?

    you could go to the store and buy a mixer for about $10, or ask a neighbor or friend to borrow theirs for the afternoon.

  3. any recipe you use can be made without a mixer, just use a wooden spoon instead. but here is the chocolate cake w/ caramel sauce recipe i use all the time.

  4. Since you want to make the cake without flour,the recipe will most likely call for lots of beaten egg white.You can beat egg whites in a clean bowl with a whisk but it takes a few minutes.Look online for flourless chocolate cake recipes....there are many. Have fun and "good cookin"
