- A cake without eggs....i don't think so.
- I have a recipe where the only liquid is veg. oil. You don't need a mic. but it can be done in about 15 minutes. I would have put the recipe here but you say you want something for the microwave. Let me know if you're interested.
- Wacky Cake 3 c.a p flour, 2 c. sugar 2 tsp of baking soda , half tsp salt, 6 tablespoons of cocoa 2 tsp van. 2 tbls Vinegar , 3/4 cup vegetable oil, 2 c. cold water. Put first 5 ingred. in an ungreased 13 by 2 by 9 pan. Make a well in the center of this dry mixture and add the next 3 ingred. Pour the 2 cups of cold water over all and mix altogether and cook for 25 30 minutes in the same pan at 350 deg. I don't know how this will do in the microwave . I have always used a conventional oven. It mixes better in a bowl then put in pan. Takes to long to mix it in the pan and it is sometimes lumpy.
- Use RED STAR Active Dry Yeast, which does not contain gluten or other cereal protein. Use semi-sweet chocolate squares not chips and 1 cup heavy whipping cream, to activate yeast. 1 pack of yeast. One-half cup of cream should be heated to above room temp to activate yeast. Two cups of bread flour and 1/4 cup of oil of our choice,1/2 cup sugar, cook until cake is firm. NOT ALL HARD. GOOD EATING! (9x10 pan) or whatever.
- You can use ground nuts and if so the best chocolate you can find, dark, high in cocoa %, Lindt 80%.
Melt your chosen fat like butter or use vegetable oil, cream the sugar and fat, this adds the volume the eggs would normally do, without the eggs you will have a denser cake, not like a Betty Crocker.
- very easy ,i will send u later the recipe of eggless chocolate............be in toutch
