Hello! i've just made a warm chocolate cake for my family using Cadbury's 70% dark chocolate and the comments given was the cake is moist and firm, but the chocolate taste weird... i understand Valrhona Baking Chocolate is the best! but i have no idea where to get them in Singapore? and im wondering which are the chocolate brands suitable and taste best for baking? and where can i get them in SIngapore? and how much they roughly cost? Prefably from Phoon Huat, shop n save, NTUC or Giant!
