i want to make a cake with chocolate chips inside will the chips melt and turn my white cake chocolate?

- No they wont melt. But I always sprinkle them with a little flour or the cake mix to coat well to keep them from sinking to the bottom. Add them last & gently mix in. Hope you enjoy your cake, sound yummy today.

- They will melt a little bit, but they won't turn the white cake chocolate. Think of it like chocolate chip cookies fresh from the oven, the chocolate chips are melted, but the cookies don't become chocolate.
