If it is a well made dessert, then the answer is the one I am eating at the moment. It could be a Gateau St. Honore Cake, Chocolate Mousse, or Peaches Flambe.
If you are inquiring about a best healthful dessert then I might say fresh blueberries, blackberries and rasperries with some yogurt on top, or Mango Sherbet.
My favorite dessert is a raw Cherimoya and Lychee Pie with Passion Fruit infusion and Coconut Cream topping. This is a very rare, but absolutely the most exotic dessert I have ever enjoyed. Good Luck.
