why would eating a piece of chocolate cake give you instant dizziness with a migraine?
i just ate a piece of my daughter's b-day cake and now i feel like completely out of my head , it feels really dizzy and my head is pounding. i am about to take some aleve.

- Possibly. The combo of sugar and caffeine could do it.
- my friend had the same symptoms as you when she ate chocolate...it could be a mild food allergy to chocolate or something they used to make the cake
- diabetic? check ur sugar levels or consult a doc.
