  3. Cake Mix Cookies
    1 box cake mix, 18.25 ounce size
    1/2 cup butter or margarine softened
    2 eggs
    1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

    Preheat oven to 350°F
    Mix cake mix, butter / margarine and eggs until smooth and stir in chips.
    Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased baking pan
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
    Yields 2 dozen cookies.

    You can vary the cake mix flavor as well as the type of chips used.
  4. You can take that cake mix cookie dough above, and press it on a round pizza pan covered with aluminum foil & sprayed with pam.
    Bake till it is done like 20 minutes at 350 deg. Make sure it is done in the middle.
    Then you cut it with a pizza cutter when cooled.
