  4. I call it buffaloaf. Meatloaf made from ground buffalo meat-yummy!
  5. If i were you i would cook barbecue chicken, coleslaw salad,
rice for main dish, and for the dessert, cheese cake.
  6. Go with the Enchiladas make sure you have plenty of cheese and sour cream! For dessert go with the cheese cake or you could try making flan it matches the Mexican theme.
  7. Chicken Kiev and Tirmisu.
    So what time was dinner?
  8. Well being a Greek chef I have to point you in the direction of the Greek alternative! If you want a light appetizer you can start off with some lemon-orzo soup, or a traditional Horiatiki salad. If you want some a little more hearty go with Saganaki, although the cheese you need for this, Kasseri cheese, is a little hard to find. Your local mediterranean market should have it. Then for a main course I'd say Dolmates (grape leaves stuffed with beef, pork, and rice). They're Greek, but not SUPER Greek, so it wont be to strong for you and theyre also fairly easy to make. If you dont want the Dolmates, there's always Kaftedes... Greek meatballs. Hope this helps :) you can get the recipes online or email me for them...
