contrary ice cream cake?

If i made an ice cream cake with betty crocker triple chocolate fudge cake,and i wanted to use an opposite ice cream flavor,i.e. 1 8inch square layer of cake,crushed oreos on top,then vanilla ice cream over that,with another layer of crushed oreos and the final layer of 8 inch square cake,what kind of ice cream should i use?
