Where can I get a good recipe to make brownies or fudge chocolate chips cookies?

Please!!! I have to make a cake, or brownies, or cookies or something with chocolate, a very fudgy chocolaty cake/brownies/cookies or something !!! This is for my brothers girlfiriend birthday, my brother soes not know how to cook. Any Ideas???

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1 cup butter
    2 cups sugar
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    4 eggs
    3/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa or hershey's European
    Style Cocoa
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 cup chopped nuts -- optional
    Creamy Brownie Frosting -- see recipe

    Heat oven to 350F. Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. In large
    microwave-safe bowl, place butter. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 2 to 2 1/2
    minutes or until melted. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time,
    beating well with a spoon after each addition. Add cocoa; beat until well
    blended. Add flour, baking powder and salt; beat well. Stir in nuts, if
    desired. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until
    brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely in pan on
    wire rack. Frost with Creamy Brownie Frosting. Cut into bars.

    YIELD: about 36 brownies
  5. 1 cup butter, softened
    1 1/2 cups white sugar
    2 eggs
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    2/3 cup cocoa powder
    3/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
    DIRECTIONS:
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
    In large bowl, beat butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt; stir into the butter mixture until well blended. Mix in the chocolate chips and walnuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or just until set. Cool slightly on the cookie sheets before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

    Mint Brownies
    1/2 C. butter

    2 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate

    1 C. sugar

    2 eggs

    7/8 C. all purpose flour

    1/2 t. baking powder

    1/4 t. salt

    1/2 t. peppermint extract

    1/2 C. Andes mints, broken up

    Heat oven to 350° F.

    Grease an 8 x 8 inch cake pan.

    Mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt, and set aside.

    In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and chocolate, stirring frequently until smooth.

    Remove the saucepan from heat, and let cool.

    Beat eggs until light. Mix in sugar, chocolate mixture, and peppermint extract. Mix in dry ingredients. Add mint pieces.

    Spread in the cake pan and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

    Cool slightly before cutting into squares.

    Caramel Layered Brownies
    4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    2 cups sugar
    3 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup flour
    1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
    1 1/2 cups nuts, divided
    14 ounces packaged caramels
    1/3 cup evaporated milk

    Heat oven to 350ºF. Microwave chocolate and margarine in large microwavable bowl on high for 2 minutes or until margarine is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir sugar into melted chocolate mixture. Mix eggs and vanilla until well blended. Stir in flour. Remove 1 cup of batter; set aside. Spread remaining batter into greased 13x9 inch pan.

    Sprinkle with chips and 1 cup nuts. Microwave caramels and milk in same bowl on high 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until caramels are completely melted and smooth. Spoon over chips and nuts, spreading to edges of pan. Gently spread reserved batter over caramel mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup nuts.

    Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out with fudgy crumbs. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool in pan cut into squares.
