has this been a bad eating day?

Whole grain cereal, teacake, chocolate fudge cake, apple, glass of milk, salmon and cucumber sandwich, chocolate eclaire, portion of chips, banana.

  2. So so I guess, I've had a box (of 2) halves of pizza bread.

  4. It's pretty good... although you could've gone with fruits and vegetables instead of cake, chips, and an eclaire ;)

  6. Yes, a bad one. Take out the chocolate cake/eclair and chips. Very little healthy nutritional value in those.
  7. The choc cake, chips, eclair contain quite abit of fat. You have not really eaten a proper meal. meat and veg or something would be better than just portion of chips.
  8. Parts of it sound quite healthy (wholegain cereal, apple, milk etc..) but then there's all the cakey things which causes a bit of an imbalance. But hey, don't get stressed about it, everyone has their more indulgent days!

    .. Chicken, Cheese and Ham Toastie followed by an Iced Sultana Bun, pot of Earl Grey.

    Two Oatmeal and Raisen cookies and cup of Jasmine tea.

    Spaghetti Nico, Penne Supreme, Italian Ribs and Garlic Bread with Cheese (delivered from local take-away). With large glass of Pepsi Max!! HEAVEN!!

    Yet to have ....

    ... Kettles ready salted crips and Cadbury's flakes!!!

    Healthy??!! Who cares??!! IT'S SATURDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
  16. A bad eating day? Oh no. I think you've done rather well actually in comparison with me, but I've got something strange going on in the engine department,so the less I eat the better, if you know what I mean. lol ,
  17. um...well it not all salad and it sounds pretty balanced. Not bad i'd say, although i would have chosen one from teacake/chocolate fudge cake/chocolate eclaire just to be safe.
  18. The question is have you enjoyed yourself eating it, guess if you have the type of metabolism that burns calories up then great, if not then try not to eat two portions of cake type of things every single day, at least your eating which is much better than starving yourself and good for you.
