How are calories tallied?How do u know how many calories a Chocolate german cake with icecream and nuts has?

this cake is at on the border mexican restaurant? pretty yummy. never finish eating it cuz i know it has at least 1000 calories. how do u know how many calories sumthing has?

  2. I love German Chocolate cake and I only eat it on my birthday, therefore, since I only eat it once a year I really don't care how many calories it has.
  3. if you have the packages of different things, obviously look on the back. if not, a lot of websites with recipes list the nutritional facts as well. as for restaurants, i think they are required to have to nutritional facts posted, or at least available, so it wouldn't hurt to just ask!
  4. Hey,If you are eatinng this ,you shouldn'd care about calorie counts,crazy.Stick to a fruit cobler with an oat meal topping and some frozen vanilla ypugurt on top.You only go around once or maybe twice if you are nice.
